This is a traditional Umbrian stone farmhouse built in the early 19th century, with lovely views of the country side and just a five minute drive from Trasimeno Lake and the town of Mugnano, famous for its painted walls. It is on three levels and top floors are restored maintaining its original charm and character made up of kitchen with fireplace, two living rooms, two bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st fl; three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the 2nd fl. Annex with little diner-kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine bed. At present the ground floor is made up of store rooms, but it could be converted (even partially) into a self contained apartment.
